Santa Lucia Botànica is a California Limited Liability Corporation founded in 2007 in the beautiful central California coastal town of Cayucos. SLB is committed to developing and manufacturing sustainably-grown organic herb infused products for the eco-conscious consumer.

The Santa Lucia Botànica Story

A bodywork professional and kinesiologist since 1990, my therapeutic practice encompassed chronic pain patients, stressed-out achievers and the Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Track and Cross country team. I experimented with many commercially available oils and lotions designed to relieve soreness after bodywork sessions and in between appointments. I found the products available did not embrace my eco-conscious values.

After years of trial and error with ingredients, recipes and production methods, I developed a line of products that combine the wisdom of centuries old herbal traditions with the latest in research and development in herbal medicine.

Proven effective by professional massage therapists, acupuncturists, herbalists, naturopaths and tested on thousands of athletes, stressed-out achievers and spa goers.
